You are not really writing for others

you are writing for yourself, all we do

what other people think - it matters

only what you think of yourself

 

If you don’t take your work seriously,

not stare at it, dream about it the way

you do at your favourite authors, you

send a message it’s not important to

you and the universe will make it so

 

If you deem your own consciousness

stream so important, you don’t trim it

before scattering like pearls to swine

you see people changing into these &

trample your dreams to turn on you 

 

BUT you can choose to visualize the 

mass of humanity in need of wisdom,

decide what you can do to provide for 

the emptiness in their lives, you can

gather the light of Amira's songs

 

Enhance with feeling then relay these

with LOVE; if you profess no respect for

your readers, it will reflect in your style

and fail to elicit delight - visualize the

lonely masses needing your help

 

To make sense of the pain in their lives,

lack of respect manifests subconsciously,

you cannot win the heart of the crowd

if you do not give them your heart first
